At Kiehl’s it’s our goal to make your ordering process as efficient as possible. Learn about our shipping policies and procedures below, and note our unique Kiehl’s Since 1851 Guarantee, created to ensure that you are always pleased with your purchases. Our first priority is the safety, health and well-being of customers, employees and partners. Safety measures have been implemented at our fulfillment center to protect against COVID-19, and as a result, orders may experience shipping delays. Additionally, there is a three (3) day quarantine of all returned packages. Returns are still being accepted, but please expect a delay in processing your return refund while these extra precautions to protect our warehouse personnel are in place.
