Rated 1 out of 5 by from Size is a joke I was excited to get this, have been looking to find a good new moisturizer and was confident in this but I opened it and it is almost halfway empty. This is insulting to have bottled this amount in an already tiny portion in the first place. The least they could have done was fill up the jar - I was definitely just robbed of my $ from Kiehls. I was probably going to purchase a set but this is just unacceptable for any business. Don’t charge this amount of money if you are going to only fill half of it up

Also customer service is excellent. The CS lady responded so quickly, and solved the issue about my recent online oder within 1 phone call (3 min). Amazing!!!

Rated 5 out of 5 by from Great moisturizer for dry climates I live in a very dry climate at altitude and had been struggling to find a nightly moisturizer that effectively moisturized my skin -- especially after a long day outside in cold weather skiing, etc.. I use this moisturizer every night before bed and it has been great! I've not gotten the dry skin I've gotten in previous years, and my face even seems to react less to the cold.
